Murai Seika

In addition to “Okiku Mikasa,” which is the result of the combined efforts of many craftspeople, including azuki bean artisans, dough makers, and baking artisans, there are various types of confections, including confections made by Japanese confectionery artisans with their whole hearts and popular “nerikiri” confections.

The dough is moist and tender, made with eggs from Tazumi in Ichikawa Town and azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido. The dough is moist and tender, baked by hand with love by artisans. “Mikasayuan” is available only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Tawara Monaka

The deep sweetness of tsubu-an (sweet red bean paste), a taste that only “handmade” can give. Recommended for those who love red bean paste.
